This bar is inspired by travel and experiencing the unforgettable aromatic taste of bitter coffee paired with citrus and spice. We knew the combination would pair perfectly with our dark chocolate from Ecuador.

Our coffee is from Two Fifty Square, specialty coffee roasters in Dublin. It is fully traceable single estate Nicaraguan coffee. We heighten it’s bright and citrusy flavour with a hint of freshly ground cardamom and add it to our dark chocolate.
