Description

The name Picpoul translates as “lip stinger” due to its high acidity and freshness. The Condamine l’Eveque is made by Guilheim Bascou who now follows in his father’s footsteps managing the family vineyard, his father was the president of Picpoul de Pinet appellation and still helps his son in the vineyard and cellars.  This wine is highly influenced by the “Marine environment” sea breezes limit daytime temperature and the lagoon protects the land from severe temperature drops at night.

Crystal clear with tints of green, a delicate nose of hawthorn blossom and white flowers, on the palate fresh and clean with excellent balance.
