Description

This wine is made from a vineyard plot less than 1 hectare in size with vines over 70 years old. Total yearly production amounts to approx 3000 bottles. A blend of Grenache, Syrah Mourvedre and Cinsault (13 grapes are authorised in CDP), but many wine makers just use three. Cyril uses the whole grape cluster (stems and all). 

Spicy with red plum flavour, hint of pine, lavender and clove. Very aromatic and lip smacking acidity on the finish.
