Description

Equals quantities of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with an addition of 13% of Pinot Noir vinified in red. Enchanting with a salmon pink glint, fresh nose of raspberry and strawberry. The mouth feel is fruity and very well balanced with a slight dryness of tannin from the vinification of the Pinot noir red wine with a finish of black cherry. Try it with white meat or red fruit desserts.
