Menetou-Salon is located on the left bank of the Loire River, its famous neighbour Sancerre is much larger and produces more diverse wines based on its landscape. Apart from the outstanding quality of its wines, Sancerre is more recognisable because of the sheer volume of wine it produces each year. Menetou-Salon is a fifth of its size, with more specific terroir and seen as a connoisseur’s wine.  If you like Sancerre, you’ll love Menetou-Salon. 

Pale gold with bright glints. Delicate expressive floral nose with a hint of peach. The palate is full, fresh citrus balanced by good acidity. Great finish with an orange zest zing.
