Description

A wine of finesse and delicacy, with a melon aroma, mineral and lemon cream notes followed by a crisp finish. This Muscadet is a “sur lie” which means ageing on the lees, which is aging wine on the dead yeast particles, this adds a complexity and extra flavour to the wine, to qualify as “sur lie” the wines must be kept this was for a minimum of 6 months.
